Research Projects

Risk prediction and early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Based on our unique and ongoing prospective and longitudinal HBV patient cohort, we are exploring a wide array of molecular, genetic, and genomic markers in the non-invasive risk prediction and early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Prognostic non-invasive biomarkers in breast cancer

We are using next-generation sequencing to analyze the combined performance of circulating tumor cells and circulating tumor DNA as liquid biopsy of the clinical outcomes of advanced breast cancer.

Biomarkers of colorectal cancer metastasis and prognosis

We are using various genomic approaches to identify markers of metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer, aiming to build a clinically applicable statistical model for colorectal cancer prognosis.
