This paper describes that material immune activation during pregnancy can induce autisms spectrum disorder in offspring and that it is dependent on RORgt and interleukin-17A expression.

This paper describes the RNA helicase DEAD-box protein 5 (DDX5) and nuclear long noncoding RNA, Rmrp as binding partners for RORgt, and showed that their complex formation is required for RORgt-dependent transcriptional activation and Th17 differentiation.

This paper describes for the first time T cell homing receptor for the large intestine, GPR15 and its role in local enrichment of regulatory T cells to maintain immune homeostasis in the large intestine.

This paper describes the identification of Digoxin and its derivatives as novel RORgt inhibitors, and showed that they can suppress Th17 cell differentiation.
