Biography

I am practice-based scholar who uses community-engaged research methodologies to examine and strengthen the systems, methods, and policies that promote population health. I publish across the spectrum of venues that drive system, policy, and practice changes at local levels with the goal of translating knowledge into action. My research and practice expertise includes child and adolescent health, sexual and reproductive health, substance abuse, economic evaluation of health interventions, and judicial diversion programs and specialized dockets for children and parents.
