This three credit course where you will work with leaders in the field, including Dr. Roseann Schaaf, Dr. Zoe Mailloux and Dr. Susanne Smith Roley to apply the principles of Ayers Sensory Integration to your practice. You will use a Data Driven Decision Making Approach with one of your clients, interact with the experts to shape your reasoning, assessment, intervention and outcome measurement, and get feedback on your treatment skills via video viewing of treatment sessions and conversations with experts.
Prior to enrolling in the course, students must complete training through a provider who meets the International Standards for Training in Ayers Sensory Integration. Students must submit evidence of advanced training course and Jefferson faculty will review content to assure it meets criteria.
