Advanced Practice Certificates

Advanced practice certificates offer specialized knowledge in a specific area of practice. All certificate credits can be used toward our Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy. Each certificate consists of four graduate-level courses that total 12 credits and can be completed part-time over 10 -16 months. All certificates are 100% online. 

Autism Practice & Research

This certificate offers registered and licensed occupational therapists advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and skills for working with persons who have ASD.



This advanced practice certificate is designed for registered and licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists and other rehabilitation professionals who wish to participate in advanced study of neuroscience and neuro-based rehabilitation intervention strategies. 


Sensory Integration

The three credit course in Sensory Integration is a unique opportunity to advance and apply knowledge and skills in Ayers Sensory Integration for therapists who have received advanced training.


Digital Teaching

This specialty certificate offers registered and licensed occupational therapists fundamental knowledge and skills to teach OT curricula in schools and other applied settings.
