Concussion Management Essentials- 10 modules (Fall 2017)
This innovative educational program will provide evidence-based information and data on how healthcare practitioners should diagnose, treat and manage concussions in the clinical practice setting. It will include modified interactive components, video's, case studies, allow for learner-instructor interaction and feedback, with graded tests following each module, to create a well-rounded educational program for the busy healthcare practitioner.
Yoga as Therapy- 10 modules (Fall 2017)
This program will provide clinicians of safe, appropriate and effective use of yoga practices as a therapeutic modality. This will include and overview of meaning and history of yoga, current literature and research on therapeutic applications of yoga, practical applications and clinical examples and analysis of benefits and risks. As well as several brief yoga practice examples for clinicians, including yoga for self-care, symptoms management and rehabilitative practices.
