In my research studies, I am using an in vitro erythroid differentiation system to identify regulatory molecules critical to fetal hemoglobin gene expression using genome-wide microarray based expression profiling of primary erythroid progenitors derived from human cord blood vs adult blood hematopoietic progenitor cells. I have had extensive training in micro-array experiments and statistical analysis for micro-array data. I have collaborates on different genomics projects in Jefferson as well as University of Connecticut Health Center. My goal is to apply my research experience to genomics research. Keywords: |
