Administrative Assistant, Neuroscience and Orthopaedic Surgery
Provides administrative and general office support for the major gifts neuroscience and orthopaedic surgery teams in the Office of Institutional Advancement, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, telephone support, composing routine correspondence, file maintenance. Will be proficient with specific fundraising software programs such as Raiser’s Edge. Maintains confidentiality of information regarding donors and patients.
Administrative Assistant, Planned Giving
Provides administrative and general office support for the Planned giving and Thomas Jefferson University development team in the Office of Institutional Advancement, including scheduling meetings with on and off campus partners, making travel arrangements, telephone support, composing routine correspondence, file maintenance and assist in the preparation of expense reports.
Assistant Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations
Reporting to the AVP, CFR the Assistant Director (AD) is responsible for researching and identifying funding opportunities, with a focus on Jefferson programs, including community outreach, from charitable foundations, corporations and associations; developing and writing grant proposals; working closely with Jefferson faculty, program directors and staff on preparing grant proposals including writing and editing support; managing CFR stewardship; and maintaining CFR data in Jefferson OIA’s Raiser’s Edge database.
Assistant Director of Development, TJU
Reporting to the Director of Development, TJU, the Assistant Director of Development, TJU will solicit individual donors and prospective donors for major gifts to the University and its priorities. Fundraising activities include, identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of Thomas Jefferson University alumni, prospects and donors.
Assistant Vice President of Development, Orthopaedics
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, the Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Orthopaedic Surgery will provide leadership and day-to-day management for all of Orthopaedic Surgery’s development related programs. S/he coordinates all fundraising activities, including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, closure, and stewardship of assigned prospects.
Associate Director of Development, Jefferson Kennedy Health
Reporting to the VP Development, Jefferson Kennedy Health (JKH), the Associate Director of Development (AD) will serve as a key fundraiser for JKH priorities. S/he will coordinate fundraising activities, including identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective donors in support of institutional priorities.
Business Intelligence Delivery Analyst
The analyst will play a vital role on the Information Management team, and will be involved in all facets of managing our constituent database (currently Raiser’s Edge), developing automated reports and data visualizations, and accurately providing custom requests to colleagues in the Office of Institutional Advancement, as well as colleagues across the enterprise.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing large data sets of constituent information from a variety of sources, analyzing and presenting data and trends, and providing data entry services as needed.
Development Associate, Corporate and Foundation Relations
The Development Associate will work closely with AVP, CFR to build and grow philanthropic support for strategic Jefferson-wide research and patient care initiatives.
JSS Patient Navigator, Marcus Institute
The JSS Patient Navigator, Marcus Institute is responsible for navigating Signature Services program members, their families and select VIP/High-profile patients through the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health. In collaboration with the Marcus Institute, the Patient Navigator will develop relationships with current patients in an effort to increase patient volume.
Marketing and Merchandising Manager, Pennywise Thrift Shops
The Marketing and Merchandising Manager oversees the marketing and merchandising of the shop to enhance the customer and consigner experience, improve customer satisfaction and assist with meeting sales and profitability goals.
Prospect Research Associate
The Prospect Research Associate will perform a variety of duties involving the collection, interpretation, analysis, and documentation of data on current donors, prospects, and other Jefferson constituents.
Visual Communications Specialist
The Visual Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and editing video, audio, and other multimedia and digital content, showcasing for alumni and donors the stories that happen.
