Administrative Assistant, EVP Office
Provides administrative and general office support for the Office of the Executive Vice President in the Office of Institutional Advancement, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, telephone support, reception duties, composing routine correspondence, file maintenance.
Administrative Assistant, Planned Giving/TJU
Provides administrative and general office support for the Planned giving and Thomas Jefferson University development team in the Office of Institutional Advancement, including scheduling meetings with on and off campus partners, making travel arrangements, telephone support, composing routine correspondence, file maintenance and assist in the preparation of expense reports.
Assistant Director of Development, TJU
Reporting to the Director of Development, TJU, the Assistant Director of Development, TJU will solicit individual donors and prospective donors for major gifts to the University and its priorities. Fundraising activities include, identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of Thomas Jefferson University alumni, prospects and donors.
Assistant Vice President of Development, Orthopaedics
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, the Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Orthopaedic Surgery will provide leadership and day-to-day management for all of Orthopaedic Surgery’s development related programs. S/he coordinates all fundraising activities, including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, closure, and stewardship of assigned prospects.
Associate Director of Development, Jefferson Kennedy Health
Reporting to the VP Development, Jefferson Kennedy Health (JKH), the Associate Director of Development (AD) will serve as a key fundraiser for JKH priorities. S/he will coordinate fundraising activities, including identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective donors in support of institutional priorities.
The Data Scientist is a highly motivated and inquisitive Business Intelligence Data Analyst. The individual filling this position will play a vital role in creating and expanding the Office of Institutional Advancment’s analytical and predictive capabilities available in support of Jefferson’s fundraising and alumni relations programs.
The Graphic Illustrator conceptualizes and executes graphic design for communication projects for all Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) audiences, particularly donors and alumni.

The Graphic Design Internship is an excellent opportunity to expand your portfolio and gain hands-on design experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. Marketing and Merchandising Manager, Pennywise Thrift Shops
The Marketing and Merchandising Manager oversees the marketing and merchandising of the shop to enhance the customer and consigner experience, improve customer satisfaction and assist with meeting sales and profitability goals.
Prospect Research Associate
The Prospect Research Associate will perform a variety of duties involving the collection, interpretation, analysis, and documentation of data on current donors, prospects, and other Jefferson constituents.
Senior Director, Annual Giving
This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Annual Giving and is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating a comprehensive annual giving program focused on shaping a sustainable tradition of annual support from patients and friends on behalf of the Jefferson Health clinical enterprise.
Visual Communications Specialist
The Visual Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and editing video, audio, and other multimedia and digital content, showcasing for alumni and donors the stories that happen.
